The following rates are for up to two people per room. Additional guests or pets are $30 each, per day. No charge for children under 16. Cribs and rollaways are available.

Season: October 13 through July 8.
Off-Season: July 9 through October 12.

All Holiday periods are charged at Season rates. All reservations require a one night minimum deposit. Cancellations require a 72 hour notice for full refund of deposit.

Boat Slip / Ramp Fees for Guests:

Daily Boat Slip Fee	18' and less – $35 19' to 24' – $45 25' to 30' – $60 31' to 36' – $75 37' and greater – $85
Daily Boat Ramp Fee	$15.00
